I am writing to express my complete satisfaction and thanks to Trevor Ive for the successful sale of my acreage property in Bargo. It was sold after the first open inspection with a fantastic result. Throughout the entire process, Trevor was very pleasant, helpful and sincere. The campaign was professionally handled with an appealing signage, advertising slogan describing the property, and photos. I found Trevor to be honest and hardworking. He takes pride in his work and manifests that pride in commitment and dedication to his customer's needs. He is a true professional. I would strongly recommend Trevor if you are selling your property in the Wollondilly region and surrounding areas.

Claire Douch was fantastic to work with throughout the sale of our property. Her communication was exceptional, keeping us regularly updated and always staying in close contact with potential buyers. Claire’s strong knowledge of the local market and area was also a real standout. We felt informed, supported and confident every step of the way. Thank you so much for your professionalism and support throughout the sale of our property. Highly recommend Claire and her team!

I can’t recommend David Cowan from Cowan Real Estate highly enough. Selling a home can be stressful, but David made the whole process so much easier. He was always there to help with anything I needed, communicated brilliantly, and kept me informed every step of the way, so I always knew what was going on. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and he was always happy to help sort things out and fix any issues that came up. He was patient, never made me feel like a hassle, and was genuinely great to deal with. In an industry where agents can sometimes get a bad rap, David is a breath of fresh air. He’s down to earth, approachable, easy to talk to, and just an all round good bloke. He genuinely made the experience a positive one, and I’m very glad I chose him to sell my home. If you’re looking for an agent who communicates well, gets things done, and treats you like a person rather than just another sale, I’d highly recommend David. Thanks for everything, mate!

Paul was pivotal in helping us secure a property in the location we desired.
