Kurt was our “man on the ground” in Bathurst while we worked through estate issues, patiently assisting us while we went through the process of obtaining probate, etc., which took quite a while. Kurt kept an eye on the house and arrange for mowing and certain repairs to be completed on our behalf. Kurt guided us through his recommendation to auction the home, which we had not done before. For us, this was a very good strategy as we were able to achieve an excellent sale price. I found Kurt to be extremely professional, friendly and trustworthy, ready to go the extra mile. Peter was great right through the process of selling my property. He always answered the phone and my queries and guided me through the best marketing strategies and associated costs. Taking his advice the property sold quickly and for around the price I was hoping for with a minimum of fuss. In the time leading up to the sale I saw him guiding numerous people through the property and only heard a word when there was news to report. He also advised me well on what price to accept and when to push further. Overall I'm very pleased with the result and impressed with his efficient work.
