At first, I was a bit hesitant having a real estate agent market our property from a distant office in Albany Creek, nowhere near South Burnett. Having a talk with Matt, we realized that he had close ties to the area, and had successfully marketed other properties close by. Matt's marketing strategy was spot on, and through clever advertising was able to successfully find a buyer in a very short time.

We chose Matt to sell our house as he was professional but very personable & up to date with where the market was actually at in our location than the local agents. Matt explained best way to market our house & any costs involved. We put our trust in Matt who negotiated an acceptable offer after 5 days on market. Very glad we chose Matt over other local agents as he got us a much higher price.

Honestly, I was surprised with the level of professionalism Teresa showed on the deal. She went beyond expectations and her communication is top-notch. Hard to find such ethical ones and would love to deal with her again.
