There were delays getting it through from the vendor, which was understandably frustrating, but Anastasia was always lovely, responsive and patient with me while we waited for everything to come through. Buying a home can be a stressful process, but having an agent and team who are approachable, communicative and genuinely invested in getting a good outcome makes such a difference.
