Agencies in Bundanoon, NSW, 2578

Working in this industry, making a decision about the right agent was easy with Ben. Ben didn't dress up the property landscape for what we wanted to hear, he gave us the honest truth about a property of our value, the time of year and the buyer sentiment. His strategy was sound from our first meeting and he delivered exactly what we discussed and agreed. We felt supported and valued throughout our engagement. Ben will be the best decision you've made in your property journey.

We searched for a downsizer for a few years and everytime we looked through a property that Gwenda had, we found her very helpful. Nothing was a bother. Gwenda always kept us informed and got back to us with the information we asked for. She was never pushy and her understanding of the market is outstanding. We are delighted to have bought our home through Gwenda and we have no hesitation in recommending her to other buyers and sellers.

Sarah was great in advising us as to realistic sale expectations and then negotiating the simultaneous sale and purchase of the properties for the prices that made our move a great relief. Her efforts and communications through the process with us, together with Amy, were fantastic!

We recently purchased a property through Reece in the Southern Highlands. The property ticked a lot of boxes for us and on first viewing it just felt right. After some time we were able to secure the property which was a wonderful outcome. From the moment we met Reece and Sarah they supported us through the sale and were very open and generous with their time to view the property. Once we signed contracts Reece introduced us to the current owner which was a great opportunity to connect and celebrate new stages of our lives for both parties. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Reece and would highly recommend him to guide the sale process of your home.

Working with Melissa was a fantastic experience! They were professional, responsive, and truly understood my needs. Their market knowledge and negotiation skills helped me get a great deal on my dream home. I felt supported every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Paul was pivotal in helping us secure a property in the location we desired.

I first met Sharon Doherty from L.J.Hooker Bowral when she was acting for one of my neighbours. From the moment I met Sharon I found her to have a sound understanding of the local real estate market. Sharon was able to provide me with examples of recent sales in the district and explain the different marketing strategies which might better suit my situation. I was also able to negotiate a sales commission with her which was much better than that offered by other agencies. Sharon assisted me with styling my property to make it more attractive to potential buyers and recommended the best times to conduct Open Houses based on the location of my property. I must admit, after ten weeks with no serious offers on the property I became a little concerned, thinking perhaps I should lower the sale price. I discussed my concerns with Sharon who explained the current trends and property movements in the area and she convinced me to be patient, NOT lower my asking price and “stick” to the plan. Sharon’s advice was spot on as my property sold two weeks later. I would highly recommend Sharon Doherty to any person/s contemplating selling their home.
