I must admit, after ten weeks with no serious offers on the property I became a little concerned, thinking perhaps I should lower the sale price. I discussed my concerns with Sharon who explained the current trends and property movements in the area and she convinced me to be patient, NOT lower my asking price and “stick” to the plan.
