Brad was upfront with us right from the start. His valuation was in line with other agents and we were fully aware that if we wanted top dollar the process will take time. A quick sale is nice, but it is not the norm. Knowing our expectations he clearly out lined a sales and marketing campaign that would give us the best chance of success. Mike Suthers is great however it was Becky McLennan who I dealt with & whom sold my property. She is a very hard worker & a pleasure to deal with. Becky goes up & beyond to make sure you get the best possible price for your property. Also, a huge shoutout to Janie Golby who heads the Property Management team. Janie is exceptional in every single way. She has been totally amazing while managing our unit through the agency. Very dedicated, professional & all round lovely person.
