Nic was incredible throughout our sales process. From the start he kept us fully informed and updated on the process as well as all potential buyer negotiations. We had the property listed with another agent for four months and then Nic had the listing for 5 days and sold it. Truly exceptional. His attention to detail, commitment and passion for the job is remarkable.

We had the best Real Estate experience of our lives, so far, after meeting Arthur. He caught me on a day that I actually had time to stop and listen, although he got right to the point of his visit with humor and witty banter. He convinced us to give him a figure to sell our investment property, even though we had no intentions of selling it. So a crazy figure was given, along with strict instructions that we were not putting it on the market and we did not want to be bothered in any way, unless he had a signed contract, with us clearing that crazy figure. He obviously knew the market better then we did, as he had serious interest within two days and a signed contract within the week. What an amazing result!! Needless to say.. we sold it, how could we not!! Arthur is a genuine, professional Real Estate Agent, who knows his stuff.. we highly recommend him!! Thanks again Arthur!! :)
