Shellie definitely knows the local market I was unsure if I wanted to sell my property or not and reached out to a few agents for an appraisal. Shellie gave me a detailed appraisal that was quite a bit higher than the other agents, I did question why this was and she clearly outlined how she came up with this figure. She was 100% correct and the property sold for the amount she had advised. I have bought and sold 20+ properties and would have to say the experience with Jesse is likely the best of all of them. Firstly got us a higher price than all others even estimated. If thats not the only thing that matter then also this-- Honest, straight shooter, knows the local market, has buyers ready and then goes so many extra miles to assist in the sale process. We were interstate and had little ability to execute renovations, general clean up and admin and Jesse basically did it all for us. If you are selling in his area there is no consideration required.
