In the end Lisa acheived WAY more than we had imagined and secured the contract smoothly, after showing us pros and cons of each offer. At each step, Lisa was contacting us, the buyer, the tenants, the body corp, and the lawyers - often working after hours to ensure everything went smoothly. We've never had this much care and attention previously. And the amazing hamper at the end was a really nice unexpected touch.
