I have known Kathleen for some years. She has sold 2 homes for me in Newcastle. As far as I am concerned she is the best real estate agent that I have ever had dealings with and I can assure you, I have had many over my lifetime. She is such a beautiful lady and not only does she do so well with selling your home, she also helps when buying from another agent. She contacts the agent and talks to them if there is a problem and sorts the problem out. Both my homes, one in 2021 and the other one just last week, were sold in 1 week, the first one and this one in 4 days and both of them achieved the price I wanted.
