About Neil

It’s not a cliché nor exaggeration to say that Sales Agent Neil Fry lives and breathes Real Estate! Since “cutting his teeth” in the family business known as Geoff Fry Real Estate (a high profile Swansea institution during the 80’s & 90’s), Neil has been setting benchmarks selling real estate in the east Lake Macquarie peninsula that lies between the lake and a string of pristine surf beaches. Neil focuses intently on the “sea change clientele” and has found introducing people to its holiday lifestyle immensely satisfying – and with over thirty nine years’ experience, in-depth local knowledge and commitment to a result, there is none better equipped to achieve this. His calm manner, methodical processes, reassuring and enthusiastic approach, and superior negotiation skills glean sensational results for his clients. Neil’s methods produce low “Average Days on Market”, a significant number of off-market sales, and a high proportion of sales to buyers from outside the region – buyers who consistently pay higher prices to enjoy the lifestyle benefits of living on this magnificent coastal strip. His success has attracted numerous accolades:- Since 2015 he has consecutively achieved new record home prices for the entire 2281 postcode, he holds the current record prices for homes and vacant land in Caves Beach, the current record price for homes in Swansea Heads and holds the client based RateMyAgent “Agent of the Year Award” for Swansea Heads in 2022 & 2021, Swansea 2019 and Caves Beach 2018 together with Platinum Elite Agent Awards for 2022 & 2021 within the Belle Property network. These successes he attributes to Belle Property’s extensive network, premium digital marketing and industry leading team and his ability to quickly identify and adapt strategies to meet the ever changing modern real estate landscape. He continually strives to be the best in his field and is considered a leader within the Belle Property group. People and property are Neil’s lifelong passions. More than just a real estate agent. Simply unmatched with genuine care from beginning to end.

Matthew’s professionalism, empathy and genuine care are completely unmatched. There truly is nobody else like him. My partner and I recently sold a family home that had been in his family for 100 years, so this was far more than just a property sale for us. It was an incredibly emotional and difficult process selling such a deeply personal property, but having Matthew beside us made it that much easier. Matthew was empathetic and kind. He was patient and took time to understand all of our needs. It was a hard decision to sell and the level of care he showed us throughout, is not something we believe anybody could have given us. From beginning to end, Matthew made the entire experience feel incredibly personal rather than simply transactional. He took the time to understand what this home meant to our family and genuinely cared about us as people, not just as clients. His compassion, patience and kindness throughout the entire process were something we will never forget. At times, it honestly felt as though he was looking after us like he would his own family. Matthew went above and beyond for us in every possible way, and I genuinely don’t believe there is another agent who could have handled such an important and emotional sale with the same level of care that he did. He genuinely cares for his clients. I cannot fault him in any way. He is an incredible real estate agent and, more importantly, an incredibly genuine person. We will always be grateful that we had Matthew looking after us through this chapter of our lives, and I could not recommend him more highly.

Professional, honest and hard-working.

We recently purchased a property that Brendan was selling and were very impressed by his professionalism, honesty, and integrity. He kept everything running smoothly, always did what he said he would, and somehow managed to make the whole process not only stress-free, but a whole lot of fun! A huge thank you to Brendan and his team for all their hard work. We absolutely love our new home and are so grateful for the great experience! 🏡😊
