The advice we received re preparing and presenting our house for sale was excellent and very effective, and the market value was realistic. The assistance given in accessing competent tradesmen (e.g. sander) gave us an excellent outcome, for which we were grateful. Our ethical values were appreciated and understood, as were the needs and circumstances of the buyer. The buyer was also supported and wisely advised by our agent, such that a perfect match was achieved. All the staff (admin, social media, reception, Principal) were gracious, expert and efficient and enabled us to fulfil due procedures such as declarations. We are very grateful.
