She's very knowledgeable about the market and what the market was looking for, a complete professional and always available to provide advice, answer questions and give honest opinions. She went above and beyond to ensure all the little details of our sale were perfect - from the positioning of the furniture and artwork, to vacuuming carpets, to even sewing up a curtain. She promised us a timeframe and achieved that timeframe which made an intense process just that little bit easier. And she happily incorporated the complexities of our life - ten month old toddler, two dogs, working night shifts - into the sales campaign without any impact on the final outcome.
