We are very thankful to Zac Daynes of Arcadia Estate Agency for the very professional manner in which he conducted the sale of our Craigston Penthouse. Craigston is a heritage building with a company title structure and the sale process was complex and laborious, but Zac didn’t for a moment drop the ball or shy away from the task. This was the second home sale we have entrusted to Zac and we will soon be engaging his services for the sale of two other investment properties. Zac’s communication with us was always refreshingly honestly and open, he was very helpful, friendly and he went well above and beyond our previous experiences with other agents, so we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. He is the ultimate professional and we only have high praise for him and his team.

Yay! Sold at auction on the weekend. Thanks bunches to Zac and Che for their outstanding service and help. We really appreciated the business model that Arcadia adopts: all inclusive help in their one-stop shop approach which includes doing small maintenance jobs like fire alarm installation, ceiling patches; sorting building and pest etc. etc. etc. You guys are the bomb!

We just sold our home with Zac’s help. From the get go he was fantastic to deal with. Polite, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He advised us along the way but never took control or spoke down to us. It was so great having someone like Zac there to help guide us during a very busy and stressful time. With his help we feel we got the best price for our property. We would highly recommend having a chat with Zac if you are thinking of selling or buying.
