Janine is a very friendly, down to earth country girl at heart yet extremely professional. Her knowledge of the market, level of communication particularly between us and our ultimate buyer, went a long way to easing any concerns we had, making the selling process almost enjoyable! We greatly appreciated her honesty, her advice (even if we didn’t take it), and responding to our many texts even after hours. It’s been a rare pleasure and a privilege meeting Janine, and we highly recommend her and the lovely team at Kalbar to anyone considering selling or buying.

Janine is not only a lovely person, her communication and transparency is truly amazing, best Agent I have ever dealt with!

Janine's professionalism was of the highest standard. Her communication, personal approach & understanding of my situation during an extremely stressful time made the whole experience so much easier for me. Every question & concern I had was met with a positive response. Janine's market & sales knowledge was evident from the start. My property was listed on Thursday, an open house on Saturday where Janine had 8 offers submitted. She went through every offer with me with a little background on each client which then made it easier for me to make a decision. Janine's kindness, understanding & patience went above & beyond to accommodate any concerns I had. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Janine to any perspective seller or buyer. It was an absolute pleasure to meet Janine & to put the sale of my home into her extremely capable hands.
