Easy and great dealing with Francois L.

I couldn’t be happier with Francois and his team throughout the process. He went above and beyond to make it a stress free experience. Got us a great price I couldn’t recommend anyone more. Thank you for expertise.

We engaged Rich and Oliva Croydon Park recently for the sale of my house in Canterbury after I had had a moved from another agent. Despite how great our property was, we were facing into a very difficult market in April 2026 with armchair experts predicting the demise of the property market, interest rates rising, changes to negative gearing rules rumored and the conflict in Iran blowing out the cost of fuel and general living. We picked Marco and Billy based on their reputation, the time that Marco took to explain his plans for the property. It was clear that they had well thought out plans and extensive local knowledge which was important as you need to sell the area not just the house. Despite the very difficult market Marco and Billy worked tirelessly to get our wonderful property sold. They were always available for us, listened to our concerns and we always felt we were in great hands. They stayed calm when we were not, They were always there at every single viewing and they were flexible to meet potential buyers requests for viewing times. Most of all they were honest with us. At no time did they bully or pressure us to take something we didn't want to make their lives easier. In times when the market is not booming you need more than the online only agent. You need an established agent, in your area who is straight and honest and experienced enough to know more than one way to sell a house!! Look no further.

Marco and the team did absolutely everything possible to get a good result for the sale of my townhouse - and they succeeded! Communication with me and the prospective buyers was excellent, the marketing was top notch, and I really appreciated Marco's candour and transparency throughout the marketing campaign. Despite the market being a bit cooler than we'd hoped and encountering a few bumps along the way, Marco and the team navigated everything like the true professionals they are. Plus they're delightful to work with! I'm very happy with both the process and the result and would strongly recommend the Rich & Oliva team.

Rosalie was professional, courteous, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process. Her gentle, helpful manner—combined with unwavering professional standards—made a real difference. She has a remarkable ability to ease stress and guide you toward clear, logical decisions during high‑pressure moments. In a world full of wheelers and dealers, her old‑school values truly stand out. Thanks Rosalie.

I am delighted with the news my unit has sold after the short weeks and the price is good. I heartily recommend Rosalie and Mark Gordon as real estate agents extraordiniare.

Right from the start Christopher and his team meant business, as a potential buyer in the beginning his professionalism made the journey so much easier, not once did he shy away from answering any questions we had. Thanks to his help we managed to secure the property that we set out for. I’d highly recommend Christopher to anyone who is planning to sell in the area. You won’t be disappointed

Thank you. Christopher Chrysanthou. Your professional stance in the property industry is highlighted with resplendence, the ‘Prologos’ and Aristotle’s parados, and my dream for my home to be delivered to a new Mother and daughter, has been delivered.
