Thank you Francois for all your assistance with the purchase of the unit. I’ve had my fair share of “agent trauma” so I can come in quite cagey due to unfortunately a disproportionate amount of negative experiences on the treadmill of house hunting. Firstly, he returned my phone call extremely quickly! I missed the scheduled weekend open house due to a time clash so I had to cold call to request if there was a possibility of seeing the unit at other time. Even though he had never met me, nor spoken to me before and I could have been theoretically wasting time he arranged a weekday visit promptly and with a smile. His communication was excellent and he was transparent with a no BS attitude. Due to this meeting and inspection, an offer was made and contracts were exchanged that same evening, after hours no less! I really appreciated the promptness and willingness to go the extra mile including liaising with the seller for some queries and accessing a strata report as I waited for the formal report to come through the external company. Thank you for restoring my faith in the process and I would recommend Francois to another other prospective buyers- it’s tough out there, so may the odds be ever in your favour.
