I honestly thought I’d have to take the lowest offer just to get it sold, but Leo ended up getting me a better price than I expected. What I really liked was how he stayed in touch the whole time — always updating me after inspections, letting me know what buyers were thinking, and giving me honest feedback. I never had to chase him for info, which made things so much less stressful. He also gave me a really smart idea: to rent the place out on Airbnb while it was on the market. That helped cover some of my mortgage and took the pressure off while waiting for the right buyer to come along.
