After chatting to Shane for a few years, he was an easy choice to sell our property when the time came as we had built a relationship based on straight talking. He took the time to understand our position and provide accurate feedback on the market conditions. His advice on timing and how to present our property was clearly explained and logical. He asked plenty of questions and challenged some of our initial expectations and thinking whilst providing numerous options for us to consider. He was not pushy or demanding and was very keen to work within our preferred timeframes. He clearly presented options on how to sell and when.
