Suzanne Hill was a godsend for us. We were renovating a deceased estate. Lots of decisions to make and a ton of work on a limited budget. And a lot of emotional attachment - we wanted to create a beautiful and functional renovation for the buyers in honour of our stepdad. From the beginning, Suzanne listened. She came alongside us, heard what we wanted, and steered us well. She caught our vision. And she advised us on what was and wasn't worth spending money on in the house. Her knowledge of the area and market was extensive - she had sold the house next door three times! And she offered honest advice on how to get the most out of the sale (make sure you stage the house) - but also on what was reasonable to expect once the offers came in. She also got the most out of our advertising costs and recommended excellent stylists. Her communication throughout was exceptional. She gave us regular updates and was always across where everything stood. In fact, we often heard from Suzanne before our solicitor, no matter the time of day or whether it was the weekend. Lance is honest, trustworthy and always comes back smiling no matter what you throw at him. That winning smile was a sign. He gets the job done quickly, efficiently, effortlessly and doesn’t make you feel as though you are bidding against yourself to get the agent a higher commission as some do. He made it happen for us (with a bit of help from above) so that the purchase ties in with the sale settlement when I felt I could take no more stress of selling and buying. The home ticks all our boxes and is the one for us. First and only home he has shown us and it was the one and meant to be. He is the nicest and kindest person and everyone speaks highly of him - you can’t help but love him.

I can’t fault Vlado, he has sold 2 of out properties in the last 6-7 years and I have nothing but praise, respect and appreciation for his skills in the RE field.
