Having worked as an agent in real estate for 24 years, I can honestly say I love my job. It never actually feels like work. To be a part of a process that is usually a very emotional time is a true privilege. Most clients don't sell a property very often in their lifetime, although I have sold for some many times over, but generally it is a huge event in peoples lives . Homes are full of memories of children, partnerships, friends and family and as we move on it can be overwhelming. I'd like to think I help make those moments a little smoother. To be employed to take charge of marketing and managing such a large transaction, I don't take lightly. My role as your real estate agent when selling your property is to achieve the best result possible. Excellent negotiation skills with potential buyers

I am glad that I trusted Lisa to sell my property during this difficult time of the housing market. Lisa worked very hard to advertise my property. She and Jada conducted the open house and private inspections tirelessly. Lisa never pressured me to sell my property at a price that I was not prepared to accept. I was free to make my own decision. Lisa has excellent negotiating skills. She was able to negotiate with the potential buyers and arrived at a price that I was willing to sell. Though the price was below my expectation, Lisa has tried her best. I needed to sell and buy another property. I am grateful that my property is sold now and I have funds to buy another property. Lisa's amiable personality, dedication to her job and excellent negotiating skills make her an outstanding real estate agent. I would highly recommend Lisa.

Fantastic communication, kind and warm, very professional

Kay sold both mine and my mum’s properties. She was warm and friendly, yet professional. Kay was an excellent communicator the whole way through. She was full of advice and wisdom, and really cares about her clients. Kay sold both properties in record time and we were very happy with the results. Highly recommend Kay!

Great to deal with
