Phil did an excellent job at selling our Mylor home . The whole process was easy and flawless and the selling price exceeded our expectations. Phil listened to our requests and kept us involved the whole time . I would highly recommend Phil and his team to anyone looking to sell

As a single female the process of selling your property could become overwhelming. Thank you Simon for your 'I am here for you and it will all be OK' honest personality. Simon is a no fuss professional gently taking you on the path to a successful and fair outcome. Along with his team (may I mention Sue Cook - design and Shane - brilliant young photographer) who are as genuine and as kind as Simon. One of those rare experiences where words really are not enough to show your gratitude.

For someone not familiar with the process of selling a house, Sharon made the whole process easy. Sharon made herself a single point of communication, arranging staging, conveyancer, and even tidying up the house day before settlement. The outcome was better than expected, and would comfortably reccomond and use Sharon again.

Sarah Sheppard is outstanding! She used her excellent communication and organisational skills to make every step of selling my property clear and easy, with a terrific result, that was even better than what I’d hoped for. Throughout the entire process, Sarah was readily available to contact and kept me well informed of progress, knowledgeably advised me, took the workload of actioning improvements to the property on herself, liaised between all the parties involved and tirelessly worked for a smooth, quick and efficient sale. I highly recommend Sarah and her skilful professionalism. Thank you so much, Sarah!
