We enlisted the services of Steve Song to sell our property in Mansfield. The property was tenanted and we are not residents of Brisbane. We entrusted the sale preparation to Belle Property and were delighted with the assistance we were given to prepare the house for sale and the ultimate presentation was outstanding. Steve did not rest until the property was officially sold. He handled follow up with prospective buyers and the negotiations in an extremely professional manner. Credit should also go to his assistant Ming Kuo who actually made the first contact call and followed up regularly with great advice and without pressure until the time was right for us to present the house for sale. There is a very professional team behind Steve with communication being exemplary every step of the way. I would not hesitate to recommend Steve and would seek him out to sell another property in the future. Dennis & Valerie

I cannot recommend Steve Song highly enough! Selling my property was a significant decision, and he made the entire process seamless and stress-free. From our very first phone conversation, it was clear that Steve had a deep understanding of the local market and a strategic approach to selling homes. He provided excellent guidance on selling strategy based on the current market trend. Steve was always available to answer my questions and kept me informed at every step. His professionalism and attention to detail gave me confidence that my property was in the best hands. Thanks to Steve’s hard work and expertise, I sold my home quickly and for a good price. I’m incredibly grateful for his support and would gladly work with him again!

Steven was amazing, his knowledge of the local market and market trends helped us navigate the sale of our late mother's house. He communicated with us constantly keeping us up to date on open house times, feed back from the clients on our property and on anything else we should know. Steven has great attention to detail, is genuine and invested in his clients. He made recommendation on having the house styled to improve appearance, and what advertising avenues we should use to draw customers to our property. His recommendation of going to auction helped us achieve above our reserve price. We were extremely happy with Steven and his team and thank him for his help.
