I was recommended Karen Renouf by family when I was looking to sell my apartment, and I’m extremely happy that I took their recommendation. From the very beginning right through to settlement, Karen, Katie and the whole Team Renouf team were absolutely fantastic. Selling a property can be stressful, but Karen made the whole process feel so much easier. She was professional, knowledgeable, approachable and genuinely committed to getting the best possible result for me. She kept me informed throughout the entire process, was always available when I had questions and explained everything clearly, which made me feel confident that I was in good hands. Karen and Katie were both so lovely to deal with, and I really appreciated how much effort they put into the sale. They were always on top of everything, kept me updated, followed up with potential buyers and handled the negotiations really well. I always felt that they genuinely had my best interests in mind and were working hard to get the right outcome for me. One of the things I really liked about dealing with Karen, Katie and Team Renouf was that it never felt like I was dealing with a typical real estate agency. They were so much more personal, friendly and easy to deal with. I felt like I was dealing with real people who actually cared about me and the outcome of my sale, rather than just another property transaction. I couldn’t be happier with the result and would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Karen, Katie and Team Renouf to anyone looking to sell their property. Being recommended Karen by my family was one of the best recommendations I could have received, and I would happily recommend her and the team to my own friends and family. Thank you so much, Karen, Katie and Daniel Renouf, for all your hard work, communication and support from start to finish. You were all fantastic, and I’m so glad I chose Team Renouf to sell my apartment!
