Agencies in Caringbah South, NSW, 2229

We met Tiffany at an open house by chance when we were not really ready to move. Now Tiff and Mary have helped us buy our beautiful new family home and sell two including our place of 22 years in Caringbah South. Selling a family home can be a very big deal emotionally, but Tif genuinely helped to make the process pretty seamless, always showing consideration and understanding where it was needed, so capable and on top of everything she needed to be on top of to make it go smoothly and enjoyable for all parties. Our experience with Estate Agents prior to Tiffany had left us underwhelmed, however if you want a genuine agent who is great with communication, smart and composed under pressure then this is your lady. The buy and sell process always presents challenges & curve balls which Tiff takes all in her stride with composure and always with a genuine and considerate manner. Great support team (Mary & Peter) and results driven without the unfriendly, pushy or arrogant nature of some agents. Compared to others in this industry she has been an absolute shining light. Go onto bigger and better things and do yourself a favour in using Tiffany Perez !

Tiffany is a fantastic Real Estate Agent, she is thoroughly professional and so personable. She is a great listener, nothing is a problem for her, she goes out of her way to assist through the whole sales process and provides excellent feedback and information after every open house or potential purchaser. If anyone is looking to buy or sell a property in the Sutherland Shire you really need to contact Tiffany.

From my very first appointment with Tiffany I knew that I had made the right decision. She was positive, very pleasant and calm, assuring me that finding the right buyer for my home was her main concern, allowing me to relax and not panic through the process. The photography of my property was absolutely perfect, allowing it to be displayed at its best, and every open house had a steady stream of prospective buyers. Tiffany was always punctual on arrival, and careful to lock my home up after viewings. I am an older client near my mid seventies, and I was always treated with high respect and warmth by Tiffany and her assistant. This is always much appreciated by seniors of my generation, as good manners is never out of date for us. In conclusion, I would suggest that Tiffany is a very valuable asset to Ray white and I would not hesitate to highly recommend her to any of my good friends and acquaintances.
