He has been an absolute rock particularly when I was scammed by a certain real estate agent . I have the greatest respect for Chris and had no hesitation in trusting him with the sale of my home. Shona was fantastic and went above and beyond selling our home. Her marketing strategy and market knowledge meant we had an amazing turn out to our first open home. This led to Shona negotiating multiple offers over the weekend and we had a signed contract within 36 hours at a well above expected price. From the time the house was listed to signed contract was under a week! Shona was incredibly professional and there is not a single thing we could fault about the level of service she provided.

Katie was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Selling interstate added an extra layer of complexity, but her professionalism, great local knowledge, and continual updates throughout the process made it so much easier. I never had to chase her up once for an update. We had a couple of bumps with buyers along the way (as you do) but Katie handled everything with confidence and got the deal done for a great price!
