Mitch has extensive knowledge of our location and recent sales in the area he was open and honest and certainly not pushy we told him what we wanted to acheive and thats what we got. I had 5 other agents view the property before Mitch most coming in under our expectations. Mitch went above and beyond marketed the property exactly as we wanted was respectful of our home and our time the property achieved an outstanding amount of interest and multiple offers and he guided us in the right direction we couldn't be happier. We have dealt with many realestate agents in the past and yes there are agents that you don't know where their allegiance lies... BUT Michael was amazing! From a couple of years before we were thinking of selling we meet Michael and instantly his personality, honesty & how he looked you in the eye to speak to you we knew he was going to be the one for us when we were ready. From when we signed up everything flowed. His communication was great and not over the top. The open homes went well and he was always there in plenty of time for a chat and run through on what had happened the past few days, not to forget the yummy coffees that he brought.
