Claude, Demetri and Carlos worked day and night to get the best result possible in such a tough market. We are very appreciative of their dedication and passion, they followed every possible lead, negotiated for weeks with different purchasers and took the time to give detailed updates and advice on the next steps. When we had a live deal on a Sunday afternoon, they did not let it go cold and closed by 9pm that night. We were also very impressed with their online marketing campaign (as were all of our friends, colleagues and family!)
