My wife and I met Simon in late August after seeing on site advertisement. We found Simon was knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the unit we wanted. He showed us the property in a friendly manner and relaxed environment despite the property work was still on-going and yet to be completed. There was no high pressure sale technique from him despite there were quite a number of units still available for sale. After moving in the apartment in mid November we were unsure how to operate electric induction cooking and Simon showed us the easiest way to do it. So far we have not found any other problem settling in the apartment and we are happy to recommend Simon to any potential real estate buyers.
