Nicola was a pleasure to work with from the first meeting. My mum was moving into aged care after living in her unit for 42 years and Nicola was very caring and compassionate. She went above and beyond her requirements to get the unit ready for sale which took a lot of pressure off us. Her knowledge of the area and the market made for quick responses and a quick sale. Her colleague Ebony was also very professional. Thank you Nicola for making a stressful period less so.

Thomas was always easy to contact and was prompt with any questions throughout the purchase. He also kept me up-to-date regarding the progression of the purchase. He was able to answer questions I had about the sale and property, otherwise he would get back to me after verifying information with the vendor. We had a minor repair required during the settlement process, but Thomas made it stress-free and simple for us. Very pleased working with him!
