She was friendly and able to answer all of my questions regarding conditions favourable to the vendor that we used to help align our offer. Prior to the open house, I had been contacted via several SMS messages noting Contract of Sale availability and pricing information which gave a better insight into the property. I had also been called to uncover any interest in the property which I thought from a client-side was very good. Kristy also worked on a Sunday to visit the vendor and get the deal done which I was impressed with.
