With a lot of knowledge of the are he negotiated the sale which was settled in 5 weeks (rare for Tassie!). Michael is the consummate professional, knowledgeable, honest, and all round nice guy. Deb is super- responsive, even after hours. Gave great and relevant advice. Open and honest, with a great knowledge of the market and how best to address the sale. Professional, and nothing was too much trouble for her. Highly recommend!!!
