Brooke has been a pleasure to deal with. She was very prompt on communications with me and helped me (for the first time) buy a property while it's still at the 'coming soon' phase. I am sure the vendor was equally happy that Brooke closed the deal for her even before the property formally hits the market.

Thrilled with Sam Woolcock and the price he got for our house. He followed up consistently from the time we contacted him until we were ready to market, gave us constructive and relevant advice on presentation and was genuine, easy and relaxing to deal with. He kept us updated at every stage and had us a terrific price and an unconditional contract in 10 days from the day he started calling his registered buyers before it went on the market. Very very happy.
