He is very professional and reliable, especially attending to details. He reminded us to turn on the heater to keep the house warm and also brought his own speaker to create a good atmosphere for the buyers. Always keeps in touch and answers our question timely. 2 hours LONG inspection time for 4 weeks, patiently deals with each buyer. Got very good result for us!
