Seller of 16 Barana Street, Mornington
Jake handled the sales process very well (arranging photos and advertising etc promptly) and was able to secure a favourable price from a buyer in a difficult market. Being located in Melbourne, I wasn't aware that a physical title would be required for the sale and needed to apply for a new title - with settlement delayed by two weeks (which would have allowed the buyer to terminate the contract). Jake however was adept in managing the buyer, who granted us an extension and we settled without an issue.
Seller of 22 Aruma Street, Mornington
Selling a home is generally something we don't do often in our lives, but when you do, you need to know the sale is in good, steady, experienced hands, and that's what I got with Jake Towns from Petrusma Property. Jake was confidently professional, with a wonderful working knowledge of the current market. He was able to guide and support me through the selling process, while being frank and open, keeping me well informed every step of the way. Thank you Jake and your fantastic team for all your assistance with my sale.

Seller of 194 Redwood Rd, Kingston
Andrew made the sale of our first home a dream, not knowing what to expect he walked us through the whole process. Andrew's knowledge of his industry is impeccable, he made us feel as though we were well looked after, his approach around the price point is honest but tactical to ensure you capture maximum interest. Andrew sold our property in 4 days with offers exceeding our hopes and was helpful in sorting settlement with the buyers. We would be more than happy to list with Andrew & Tahlia again. We can't thank you both enough.

Seller of 2/13 Walgett Place, Glenorchy
Kevin has just sold our fourth property for our family!!! What started out as complete chaos, with a purchaser mucking us all around. Kevin buckled down (never giving up) and found us a new buyer. Everything has just gone so smoothly with this buyer. Kevin is top notch in his communication. Always keeping us informed. Never promising anything he cannot deliver. Honestly cannot recommend him highly enough. Do yourself a favour, and get Kevin Spaulding from PRD to sell your property. You won’t be disappointed!!
