We have used Julie to buy and sell properties in the Gisborne. Julie is very conscientious and driven to succeed, which is good for all parties. Julie aims to please everyone which can fill her diary very quickly and can lead to the odd clash of appointments. But her buoyant personality overcomes any animosity. Julie works hard for her clients. We sold during the height of Covic-19 and had to accept a drop in price by about 6-7% but that was no fault of Brad Teal or Julie.

Vickie's best feature is that she is very honest from the start. She won't lie to you just to get you to sell your house, she will tell you what it is worth and also tell you if she doesn't think your expectations are realistic. I was renting my property with YPA and was really happy with them since day 1. Selling with YPA only made sense and once I spoke to Vickie, I had faith that she had my best interest and also trusted her. She never tried to force me to accept an offer just for the sake of selling it. Once we got a offer I was happy with she then explained to me the process and we got it sorted. Market is currently down but Jaxon put the miles in spending many Saturdays conducting open inspections. This eventually paid dividends when the property sold for a very satisfactory price.
