Agencies in Coningham, TAS, 7054

I have used Nina for the sale of two properties and from the first one with her warm and open approach to connecting with people to the second nothing has changed. She is a terrific agent with a manner that keeps people calm and feel cared for in the process of selling a home.

Michael was the sellers agent when we were attempting to purchase a property and he went beyond our expectations to keep us informed of the sellers status and intentions to resolve a complicated subdivision. When the seller ultimately took the property off the market Michael let us know of another similar property that had just been listed. With a lot of knowledge of the are he negotiated the sale which was settled in 5 weeks (rare for Tassie!). Michael is the consummate professional, knowledgeable, honest, and all round nice guy. I'll certainly use his services if I'm selling! 5 VERY well-earned stars!

I’m so grateful to Cloe for the way she handled the sale of my home. It sold very quickly, with many offers, and well above the asking price — an incredible result. What meant the most to me was her support through the whole process. She was patient, professional, and always there to answer questions or give honest advice. During a stressful time in my life, she made everything smoother and easier than I expected. I highly recommend Cloe to anyone wanting a great result with genuine care.
