Straight forward, to the point, and as stated before if she doesnt know something , she makes a point of finding it out and you know within a couple of hours. Happy to try to accommodate times that suit you when viewing etc. Follows up on everything. Happy with dealings.

We had a very positive experience with Jess when she sold my parents’ house. She was always available to answer any questions and kept me regularly updated throughout the entire sales process. Her communication, professionalism and support made everything so much easier and gave us great peace of mind. I would highly recommend Jess to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable and supportive real estate agent.

Thanks Jacqui, you went above and beyond to sell our house, so fast for us. Jacqui was so helpful and patient with me.

My sale was not straightforward and had many twists and turns but I could always count on Jacqui and Jenna and team at REMAX to respond quickly, calmy and professionally to anything I threw at them. Their approach to the sale was ultra focused on the unique characteristics of my property and produced a result that I was very happy with. The sale has enabled me to move on the next journey, can't thank them enough.

Jacqui is a professional and friendly agent, who's bubbly personality and happy to help attitude is very refreshing. We found Jacqui to be very accommodating when booking in a time to see a property of our interest, and even found that she was very proficient when contacting the seller to discuss pricing/offers. Jacqui is wonderful with her communication skills and really goes above and beyond to keep everyone in the loop which made the process so much easier. We really appreciate her efforts and highly recommend!

From preparing for sale all the way through to settlement, Gill did an amazing job at keeping us informed and advised on our property. She not only gave us expert advice with lots of options but was extremely knowledgeable on ways we could value add upon sale. Her calm and approachable personality coupled with her professionalism gave us a hassle free experience and left us very impressed throughout the whole sale process.

Great communication

Gill has been exceptional to deal with for the sale of my property in Tolland. She actively reached out to me and provided valuation on the property a few years before I made the choice to sell. She has been a good communicator and transparent about the whole sales process which can be daunting for first timers.
