We bought our house off Richard after unsuccessful attempts through other agents and the service and care he took was top-level. So when we wanted to sell it was an easy decision who the agent would be and we got to experience the other side. We've sold two homes before, one with a not-so-good experience and one with a great experience, however Richard took things to the next level.
