We anticipated the emotional difficulties we might face as Executors, in dealing with the sale of Dads property but Marelle walked us through every step with respect and sensitivity . Despite a few initial issues with buyers falling through, Marelle skilfully adjusted her strategies and we soon had new buyers. Her attention to detail, thorough communication, flexibility and friendly approach has made the whole sale process so much easier. We are so grateful to Marelle for her hard work and support.
