There are people who simply do their job… and then there are people who quietly carry you through some of life’s most stressful moments. For me, that person was Kristy. After moving interstate while trying to sell my home, I quickly realised just how limited I was in being able to coordinate things from afar. That’s where Kristy absolutely stepped up. To put things into perspective, my property had previously been listed with another realtor for almost two years without success. After taking over the campaign, Kristy had the property sold within two weeks. Nothing was ever too hard. She was patient, reassuring, calm under pressure and communicated with me every step of the way without ever making the process feel overwhelming. Kristy coordinated contractors, met trades and cleaners at the property to provide access, followed up tasks, and genuinely cared about getting the best outcome possible. At one point, when a cleaner missed an area at the front doorway before an inspection, Kristy quietly cleaned it herself before the buyer arrived - the very inspection that led to the sale of my home. Kristy even dropped by to check on the property and even watered my plants! What stood out most though was that after the sale, Kristy still continued checking in and asking if there was anything I needed. Every single thing I asked for, she followed through on. Having bought and sold a number of properties over the years, I can genuinely say Kristy stands out as one of the most hardworking, caring and authentic realtors I’ve dealt with. Kristy is not just another real estate agent. She is genuine, hardworking, solution-focused and truly cares about the people she represents. If Kristy is managing the sale of your property, you are in incredibly capable hands. I honestly cannot thank her enough.

Betty went above and beyond to sell our property. Her amazing communication and friendly team ensured everything ran smoothly. Choosing Betty Kay means you’re not just dealing with a real estate agent but also a friend.

From start to finish Rylee was awesome. Nothing was a problem. Would definitely use him again
