Karl managed to have all our marketing completed in record time, list our home and have it under offer in 4 business days after listing! Karl and the rest of the team at The Property Group were so invested in achieving a great outcome for us. They also found buyers who loved our property as much as we did and understood the emotional connection we had to our home. Our new home purchase wasn't without issues on the other side of the deal and Karl worked so hard to help us keep everything moving and assist with what was a very stressful time for us. I honestly don't know how we would have done it without him! It was hard to believe I was being shown around the block by a real estate agent. Chris is unlike any real estate agents I have ever met. There was no rushing. No questioning. The tours of properties were thorough and interesting, with his local knowledge of the land and native wildlife. He went above and beyond to show us areas of the property of great beauty, even if it required a bit of a hike. He was incredibly generous with his time with us, I can't recommend Chris enough. When it came time to sell our house I didn't have much of an idea what the market value of it was and after getting three appraisals we decided on using Chris Duggan. We had previously engaged Chris with some other dealings and as the value of appraisals were approximately the same and felt that his knowledge was extensive. We were happy with the resulting offer and we settled on the sale price.
