Our new home purchase wasn't without issues on the other side of the deal and Karl worked so hard to help us keep everything moving and assist with what was a very stressful time for us. When I asked Steph for an appraisal on my house she immediately set a date to come and have a look. She gave me a realistic and very accurate idea of the value of my house. Once it was listed it was under offer within a week for more than I expected. Everything around the sale has been smooth although I'm still a little in shock at how fast it all went. She was also very good at the after care with building inspections and didn't hesitate to support the process regardless of what day of the week it was.

It was hard to believe I was being shown around the block by a real estate agent. Chris is unlike any real estate agents I have ever met. There was no rushing. No questioning. The tours of properties were thorough and interesting, with his local knowledge of the land and native wildlife. He went above and beyond to show us areas of the property of great beauty, even if it required a bit of a hike. He was incredibly generous with his time with us, I can't recommend Chris enough. When it came time to sell our house I didn't have much of an idea what the market value of it was and after getting three appraisals we decided on using Chris Duggan. We had previously engaged Chris with some other dealings and as the value of appraisals were approximately the same and felt that his knowledge was extensive. We were happy with the resulting offer and we settled on the sale price.
