Because of this, it was easy to keep track of incoming pre-auction offers and subsequently gauge the amount of ongoing interest in the property as the price guide was adjusted accordingly, which allowed us to be confident in accepting an offer before going to auction. Overall, a very straightforward process thanks to the efforts of Mark and the team. We would recommend them to others who are considering selling.
