From day 1, Omar was excellent at communicating and keeping me updated with very helpful insights. On top of his great market knowledge, he does not set expectations too high unnecessary and very realistic. No dodgy business and most importantly, very polite. He also got everything sorted out for me (fixes, painting, etc) keeping me updated but not hassled. I was the vendor of the property that Gulsum sold, and I was deeply disappointed to read the unfair and misleading review left by the buyer. Throughout the entire process, I found Gulsum to be of the highest professional standard. Her dedication, communication, and expertise in handling this sale were exceptional. The property was clearly represented as a fire-damaged home requiring demolition, and this was made clear to all prospective buyers. Unfortunately, after the sale, vandals broke through the temporary fencing and entered the site, leaving rubbish in the yard — a situation entirely beyond Gulsum’s control. Gulsum immediately informed me of the incident, and the rubbish was cleaned up well before settlement, ensuring the property was presented as agreed.It is disheartening that someone could use a review platform — intended for fair and honest feedback — to unfairly attack such a capable and ethical professional. I have no hesitation in stating that Gulsum’s work ethic and professionalism are second to none. I already have three more properties that I will be putting on the market, and Gulsum will be handling all of them for me.
