Unfortunately, after the sale, vandals broke through the temporary fencing and entered the site, leaving rubbish in the yard — a situation entirely beyond Gulsum’s control. Gulsum immediately informed me of the incident, and the rubbish was cleaned up well before settlement, ensuring the property was presented as agreed.It is disheartening that someone could use a review platform — intended for fair and honest feedback — to unfairly attack such a capable and ethical professional. I have no hesitation in stating that Gulsum’s work ethic and professionalism are second to none.
