Troy is an experienced agent who always had our best interests at heart. He was diligent in keeping our house tidy and presentable for inspections as the house was vacant for long periods. We met with Jane in January and got everything organised. Jane recommended a law practice to handle the conveyancing and we met with them prior to heading away. While we were travelling, Jane successfully dealt with quite a few issues on our behalf (organising termite treatment and tree stump removal, obtaining a copy of the Body Corporate CMS, dealing with the completed building and pest report and helping the buyers get pet dog approval). Jane kept us informed on sales progress and buyer enquires. We were very happy with the outcome and really appreciated Jane’s thoroughness.
