Martell was very helpful and obliging when we first went to the open house, as I needed to go and bring my partner back for inspection nothing was too much trouble, he waited for me to come back, let us take our time and when we decided to put an offer in he was so helpful with the process. This was a different experience as we have had Chris sell a home for us in the past and Jemima helping me with all the paperwork. This time we were buying and Chris was the selling agent. As usual nothing was too much trouble and help was given over the whole buy. I would recommend Chris Wease to everyone either buying or selling a property.
