We entrusted Jacob Williams with the sale of our much-loved family home of 28 years, and he exceeded our expectations in every way. From the outset, Jacob was respectful, professional, and communicated exceptionally well throughout the entire process. His thorough knowledge of the local area, having grown up on the same street and successfully selling a number of properties in Stratham, gave us great confidence that he understood the market and would achieve a strong result. We felt reassured every step of the way and were confident he would secure the best possible price for our home. Jacob always listened to and respected our wishes, ensuring we felt comfortable and informed throughout the campaign. He struck the perfect balance of being professional and effective without ever coming across as pushy. Jacob handled the sale of our home with care, integrity, and professionalism, and his team members Tayla and Annalise made the paperwork process a breeze - always very helpful and organised! We would highly recommend Jacob and his team to anyone looking to sell their property. Thank you for making the process such a positive one and for achieving an outstanding result.

Angela brought a wealth of experience and knowledge and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her again and again. The whole process of selling was made clear and straightforward with realistic market expectations and time frames. We knew what was happening with potential buyers with regular updates and correspondence. A fantastic result for us shows that experience matters!

Bec was available at any time with all our questions and we felt she was working very hard for us. Our house was sold when selling prices were very low and her advice and knowledge were invaluable. Lots of negotiations but our house is now sold.
