Marketed as a “Sale By Deadline” it only had one Saturday opening and had a dozen parties through the property and was under contract within a couple of days! She was unhurried and gave us time to prepare property for sale, took excellent marketing pictures, and advised on staging as well. She wrote an excellent marketing brief which truly reflected the essence and highlights of the property. She is relaxed and thoughtful communicator and negotiator meeting the needs of both the buyer and seller. It was a very pleasant experience for me and would highly recommend her everyday of the week and twice on Sundays!!
